She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Halesiak and Michael Halesiak; her husband Richard Joseph Perry; her son-in-law Barry Hanchin; and her siblings, Regina "Jean" Kulis, Frank Halley and Helene Kulis.

She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Maureen Hanchin and Susan Yaszemski (Eric); her granddaughters, Lori (David Chang), Dana (Dawn Wiest), Debbie (Larry Triplett), Erica (Drew O'Toole) and Stephanie (Stephen Katz); her great grandchildren, Kathryn, Kasey of Andrew, Chang, Eric, Stella O'Toole and Sophia Katz; her sister Bernice Sophie Ludgate; and her pet Reggie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
