He is survived by : his wife Debra Otrosina (Ritscher); his children, Joyce, James, Holly Otrosina of Monessen, Bill Otrosina (Judy), Craig Otrosina of Monessen and Barry Otrosina (Yvett); and his sister Janelle Halgas (Ernest) of Monessen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
