She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Lauterbach and Henrietta Mascari Lauterbach; her husband David Bard Wingo; and her siblings, Joan Lauterbach, Carol Martino, Donna Harrison, Evelyn McDade, Francis "Bud" Lauterbach and Ralph Lauterbach.
She is survived by: her children, Dallas Wingo of Monongahela, Jeremy Wingo (Angela) of Monongahela and Jennifer Wingo of Monongahela; her grandchildren, Tonya Wingo (Sean Horan), Austin Wingo (Alexis), Breanna Spohn (Tegan), Gabrielle Fornili, Bradley Wingo (Rose), Caraline and Emily Wingo; her great grandchildren, Alaina, Arthur Wingo, Kinzley Horan, Emery and Ivy Spohn; and her siblings, Norman "Butch" Lauterbach, Mae Lauterbach and Eileen Michalski.
