She was predeceased by: her parents, John Petrosky and Rose Petrosky (Pottios); her husband David A. Carter; and her brother-in-law Emory Terpak. She is survived by: her siblings, Nick Petrosky (Christine) of Donora, David Petrosky (Mary) of Charleroi, Linda Terpak of Monessen and Rosemarie Inghram (Ronald) of Ohio; and her pet Angel. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
