She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Evans and Ellen Evans (White); her brother Donald Evans; and her grandsons, Jesse Boyd and Tyler Garrity.
She is survived by: her husband Dave L. Mellinger of Mel's Place; her children, Ken Burch of New Eagle, David L. Mellinger Jr. of Ginger Hill, Kim Garrity (Scott Bartolotta) of Monongahela, Michelle Maize (Gary Benzo) of Monongahela and Kimmy Mascetta (Joe) of Pleasant Hills; her grandchildren, Sara (Steve), Brittany (Jill), Sammy, Brandon (Tosh), Christopher, Matthew, Adam and Logan; her great grandchildren, Izabella, Giovanni, Bianca and Sarah; her sister-in-law Peggy Romeo (Frank) of Monongahela; and her sibling's children, Beth and Michael.
