She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Polak and Anna Zofchak Polak; her husband George Albert Cipa; and her siblings, Anna Cekus, Mary Stangroom, John and Mike Polak.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Cipa (Linda) of Donora and Patricia Drake (Mark) of Monessen. She is also survived by her children, family and friends.
