He was predeceased by: his parents, George C. Ulakovich and Clara Ulakovich (Thomas); and his brother Charles "Chuck" Ulakovich. He is survived by: his wife Janet Ulakovich (Villella); his children, Michael Ulakovich and Lesa Trunzo (Sean); his granddaughter Noelle Trunzo; and his brother Steve Ulakovich (Kathy). He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
