He is survived by: his wife Barb; his children, Heather, Isabella Maisano of Monongahela and Joshua Billion of Monongahela; his siblings, Mark Maisano of Monongahela, Pamela Maisano of Erie, Jayne McKeown (Leo) of Port Carbon, PA, Lisa Tabacca (Mark) and Bethann Crayton of Monessen; and his grandchildren, Kai, Marley Black, Lyla Skye Billion, Mark Carper III and Nicoli Vincent Carper.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Marshall Marra Funeral Home (216 Chess St, Monongahela, PA 15063). A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Monongahela Cemetery (800 Country Club Rd, Monongahela, PA 15063).
