She was predeceased by: her husband James R. Foster; her daughter Jessica W. Muse; and her sister Janice Wagner. She is survived by: her sons, James R. Foster Jr., Jeffrey V. Foster and Scott A. Foster; and her brother John Burke. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
