He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James Trail, John and Bessie Smith Mazur; his uncle Ed; his aunts, Paula Maley Hodor and Karen Dolten; and his brother-in-law Jason Stevens, Sr..
He is survived by: his parents, Sherry Trail Hudachek of Monongahela and Joseph Mazur, Sr. of Monongahela; his children, Alina Mazur of Youngstown, Joseph Mazur, III of Monongahela and Madison Mazur of Perryopolis; his grandmother Elsie McDonald Trail of New Eagle; his sisters, Crystal McNary (Danny) of Eighty Four and Tiffany Mazur; his nephew Dominick of Monongahela; his sister Jamie Mazur; and his nephew Jason Stevens, II of Monongahela.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Frye Funeral Home, Inc. (427 W Main St, Monongahela, PA 15063). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Frye Funeral Home to help the family with funeral expenses.
