She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis M. Cavanaugh and Pauline M. Cavanaugh (McKutta); and her brothers, John "Jack" and Tom Cavanaugh. She is survived by: her husband Theodore G. Kondos; her son Richard Miller (Denise) of Monongahela; and her siblings, Michael, Estelle, Mary, Steve, Gordon, Margaret "Maggie" and Susan "Tooie". She is also survived by three grandchildren.
