Oates of Monongahela, Pennsylvania, born in New Eagle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 3, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her children, William Oates, James Oates (Michelle) of McMurray, Robert Oates (Holly) of Monongahela and Kimberly Becker (Thomas) of Eighty-Four; her sister Mary Alice Boyce of Monongahela; her grandchildren, Jessica Slacks (Ethan), KaLee, Tyler Oates, Sarah and Thomas Becker Jr.; her stepgrandchildren, Shane, Brant and Gavin Duda; and her great grandchildren, Nataleigh and Elaina Slacks.
