She is survived by: her daughter Melinda M.; her son-in-law Joseph Alvarez of Monongahela; her granddaughters, Natalie, Julia and Nina Alvarez of Monongahela; her siblings, Nick Affinito (Connie Nuzzo), Angela Hemmings (Affinito) of Fallowfield Twp and JoAnn Revetta (Affinito) of Potsdam, NY; her nieces, Lisa Orabi, Toni Marie Barbagallo, Mia Wicke, Nikki Sala and Tammy Barbargallo; and her sister-in-law Gusti Necciai of Carroll Twp. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
