It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard E. Stobaugh of Monongahela, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 27, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard W. Mathis and L. Ernestine Mathis (Woofter); his son Richard A. Stobaugh; and his father-in-law Joseph A. Necciai, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Gina Stobaugh (Necciai); his siblings, Leonard "Lenny" Stobaugh (Vanessa) of Pueblo, CO, Alvin Mathis (Lauri) of Vinton, Virginia, Donna Kay Anderson (Joe) of Coatesville, PA and Sue Ellen Kling (Eric) of Williamsport, PA; his daughter-in-law Nina Stobaugh (Tom) of Belle Vernon; his grandchildren, Lexis Stobaugh Rathway (Luke) of Perryopolis and Paul Lorenz (Natalija); his great grandchild Valentina of South Park; his mother-in-law Auguste "Gusti" Necciai of Monongahela; his brother-in-law Joseph A. Necciai Jr. of Monongahela; his niece Ashley Sager (Austin) of McDonald, PA; Annelise. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews.
A reception was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Marshall Marra Funeral Home (216 Chess St, Monongahela, PA 15063).
