He is survived by : his wife Mary Davis Koontz; his children, Machelle Deiley of Charleroi and Aaron; his daughter-in-law Kimberly Koontz of New Eagle; his grandchildren, Chelsea M. Wiley of Charleroi, Sarah Wiley (David Smutney) of Eighty Four, Ashley Koontz of New Eagle and Colson Koontz (Payton) of Charleroi; and his great grandchildren, Peyton, Chase, Christian, Nicholas, Douglas and Hazel.
