He is survived by: his children, Ulisa, Kim, Candace and Kevin Rembert (Jackie); his siblings, Randy Smith (Jackie Smith), Daryl Smith, Michelle Cotton, Nicole Middlebrooks (Tony Middlebrooks), Denise Rembert, Brenda Rembert and Elizabeth Rembert; his grandchildren, Dante Rembert (Bridget Rembert), Kyle, Devin Rembert, Octavia Allen, Kierra Hardy, Anjeline Lynch and Aliyah Lynch; his great grandchildren, Alisa Rembert, Gianna Rembert, Jeremey Rembert, Kevin Rembert, Khloe Rembert, King, Karter, Maliyah Berry, Makiyah Berry, Cornelius Payton, Lexi Allen and Leah Allen; and his friend Arthur Davis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family members, and close family friends.
