She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Carrigan and Anna Carrigan (Smirga) of East Pittsburgh, PA.; her husband John Philips; her siblings, Nancy Carrigan, Janet Filippino, Maureen Pekich (Michael), Grace Laughery (Harry), Patrick and James; and her sister-in-law Amelia Pilipczak Sears (Joseph).
She is survived by: her children, Laurin Vaccariello (John), Holly Bens (Charles) and Brian (Kara); her grandchildren, Andrew, Nicholas, Kathryn (Zach Breeden), Luke, Marisa (John Robertson), Joshua, Samuel, Jaden and Nathaniel; her great grandchild Lea; her siblings, Lois Tacker (late Art), Dolores Marsh (late James), Dennis (Gail) and Michael (Linda); her sisters-in-law, Rosemary Carrigan and Ruthann Carrigan; and her niece Nancy Rankin (Van).
