With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bruce Alan Closson (Monroeville, Pennsylvania), born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 16, 2022 at the age of 72. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bruce Alan Closson to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Closson and Maxine Closson (Hockenberry); and his brother-in-law Mike DeLong. He is survived by : his wife Donna Closson (DeLong); his children, Jennifer Brosius and William Closson (Sandra); his grandchildren, Caitlyn, Emily, Charlie, Maxwell and Louis; his sisters, Janice Hall (Harry) and Corrine Kort (Thomas); and his siblings-in-law, Jim DeLong (Noel) and Louise DeLong. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Bruce's contributions to the sport resulted in multiple hall-of-fame inductions including the Southwest Pennsylvania Wrestling Hall of Fame and the Eastern Wrestling League (EWL).
