He is survived by: his sister-in-law Carol; his brother Bob Middlekauff (Carol); his nieces, Sandy Skinner (Russell) and Pam Pritchard (Frank); and his nephew Jeff Middlekauff (Dina). He is also survived by eleven great-nieces and great-nephews, and fourteen great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
