He was predeceased by : his wife Cindy Hawthorne; his parents, Clyde Hawthorne and Margaret Hawthorne; his sister Peg Ritter (Ed); and his niece Cindi Palko (Henry).

He is survived by : his children, Kimberly Lo Tito (Carlos), Michael Hawthorne (Bridget), Zackery, Katrina, Dino and Gabriella; his niece Marcie Yobp (Jim); and his nephew John Ritter. He is also survived by his family and close friends.
