He was predeceased by: his father Ronald McElfresh; and his sister Terry McElfresh. He is survived by: his girlfriend Debbie Border; his mother Barbara McElfresh; his brother Ron McElfresh; and his children, Anna McElfresh (Clayton Wise) and Gunnar Kohrs. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren.
