He was predeceased by: his parents, William Earl and Blanche Elizabeth Harper (Emerick); his father-in-law George Chilcoat (Elsie); and his siblings, Gladys, Shirley Harper and Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Carol F. Harper (Chilcoat); his children, Marcy Petrocelli (Tony), Sandy Siverd (Robert), Lynn Harper and Lori Uziel (Joseph); his grandchildren, Lisa Petrocelli Tanner, Michael Petrocelli, Robert Siverd, Tyler Uziel, Kaylee Chenoweth, Kassi Hogue and Travis Uziel; his brother Donald Harper; and his siblings-in-law, George Chilcoat (Judy) and Sherry Wright (George). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
