Ethel Ruth Takacs Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ethel Ruth Takacs of Monroeville, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 12, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Rudolph "Chub" Takacs; her parents, William H. Callahan and Agnes C. Callahan; her granddaughter Brittany L. DeJeet; and her brothers, William and Richard Callahan.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Takacs (Barbara Huelsmann), Karen DeJeet (Dan Tyson) and Kenneth Takacs (Dawn); her grandchildren, Kristian DeJeet (Brittany) and Keegan Spader; her great grandchild Madelyn Kong; and her brother Dennis Callahan (Diane). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
