He is survived by: his wife Frances C (MacFarlane); his children, Henry Jr. (Claudia), John (Mary Beth), Mark (Tonya) and Lisa Hoffman (Chad); his grandchildren, John G Hoffman (Emily), Riley MacFarlane (Heather), Daniel Hoffman (Ashley), John III Becher (Nicole), Nicholas, Natalie, Lily Hoffman, Andrew Lester (Emily) and Cassy Burtop (Zach); his great grandchildren, Max, Milo, Lorenz, Harper Hoffman, Gabriella Scott, John IV, Victoria Frances Becher, Colby, Berklee and Evelynn Frances; and his sister-in-law Barbara MacFarlane. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
