He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Rugh (Kmetz); his sons, Jason Rugh and Michael Rugh (Mellissa); his siblings, Tony Rugh (Dawn), Corey Rugh (Cheray) and Tammy Rugh; and his sister-in-law Kathy Rugh. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
