He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Earl and Sue Earl (Patterson); and his siblings, Pauline Dragon, Anna Mae Scanlon, Ray, Chuck and Richard "Dick" Earl.

He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Miller (William) of Florida and Lori Troisi (Robert) of Monroeville; his grandchildren, Rhonda Hoyman, Chasy Carbo, Cortney Souki and Janine Wood; and his great grandchildren, Marleigh, Kyleigh, Holly, Matthew, Xander, William and Emma.
