He was predeceased by: his parents, James Frederick Thomas and Doris J. Thomas (Dunlap); his former wife Carol Ann Thomas (Cerchiaro); and his sister Cynthia Lee Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Cecilia "Sis" Gavran; his children, Sean Thomas (Jeanine) and Nicole Tarquinio (Jason); his stepdaughters, Lori Gavran-Novak and Amy Connors (Mike); his grandchildren, Lee Thomas, Sarah Thomas, Kaitlyn Reid, Brendan Reid, Tristan Tarquinio, Ryder Tarquinio, Brady Tarquinio and Fiona Tarquinio; and his brother-in-law Vince Cerchiaro.
