She was predeceased by: her nephew Richard Cook. She is survived by: her husband William J. Cook; her foster son Roger Gardner; her siblings, Nancy Egnitz Andres, Patricia Toth and William Dinneen; her siblings' children, Geoffrey Egnitz, Robert Cook (Jodi Lynn), Charles Cook (Jodi), Michael Cook, James Toth (Kathy), Carol Baer (Charles) and Carol Noel (Richard); and her cousins, Patricia Martin (JC), Judy and Dennis Reddinger.
