He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carol Hoffman (Baznik); his daughters, Elizabeth Hoffman (Brad), Mary Hoffman (Belah) and Rebecca Hoffman (Murtaza); his grandchildren, Adam, Leyla, Zara and Maribel Limam; his mother Nola; and his sister JoAnn West.
