It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Ann Hart (Monroeville, Pennsylvania), born in Sioux City, Iowa, who passed away on December 23, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Dwight Carroll and Grace I. Carroll (Murray). She is survived by : her husband Rev. James P. Hart; her sons, James Hart (Roxanne) and Jeffrey Hart (Andy Steinem); her grandson Jonathan Hart (Julia); her great grandchild Avery Mae Hart; and her cousin Nancy Wright of Dubuque, IA. She is also survived by other cousins and great friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Sheep Inc. Health Care Center, a faith-based, free medical center showing God's love and compassion by providing quality primary health care to those without insurance.
