She was predeceased by: her husband Walter John Forrest; her son Walter Scott Forrest; her mother Josephine Mancuso Roach (Spalla); her stepfather Thomas Roach; her father Alfred Mancuso; and her nephew Eric McLaughlin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Robb (Robert), Stacie Pope (Eugene) and Stephanie Forrest; her grandchildren, Henry Robb (Jessica), Luke Robb (Anna), Oliver Robb and Nial Yavuzturk; her great grandchildren, Isla Robb and Emerson Robb; her sisters, Jeanne McLaughlin (Ed) and Alfie Quaglia (Robert); her brother-in-law David Forrest (Barbara); and her nieces and nephews, Leigh Anne Saunders (Forrest), Wes Forrest, Michael Ferguson, Mark Ferguson, Eddie Sean McLaughlin and Amy McLaughlin.
In lieu of flowers, Kathie requested that memorial contributions be made to St. Bernadette Church-Christ the Divine Shepherd Parish, located at 245 Azalea Drive, Monroeville, PA 15146, or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
