With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of LaVerne Whiteman of Monroeville, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 17, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Moses and Elisabeth Moses; her husband Eugene Whiteman; and her brothers, Elias Moses, Samuel Moses, Lawrence Moses and John "Jack" T. Moses.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Ann Whiteman and Eric Eugene Whiteman; her brother Fred M. Moses (Valarie); and her sister-in-law Donna Moses. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers family suggests donations to a local food bank.
