He was predeceased by: his mother Michele Berson Fisher; his daughter Jacquelyn Marie Fisher; his grandparents, George Fisher, Nick and Lois Berson; and his uncles, Mark Fisher and Jim Schlegel.
He is survived by: his father Richard G. Fisher; his grandmother Magdalen "Mayme" Fisher; his aunts, Kim Berson, Sharon Schlegel and Meg Fisher; his sister Andrea Fisher; and his cousins, Jason, Todd, Nicole, Chad, Bradley and Max.
