She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew J. Bornschlegel and Marie Bornschlegel (Schell); and her husband Brayton "Butch" G. Hoffacker. She is survived by: her children, Cindi Machi (Joe) of Monroeville and Mark (Marcia) of Palmyra, PA; and her grandchildren, Carissa Roeder (Aaron), Emily Grogan (Evan), Bryce Machi and Brianna Hoffacker. She is also survived by her husband and home, raising her two children.
