He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanne; and his brother Robert Cook (Patty). He is survived by: his foster son Roger Gardner; his sister Cheryl Bender (Jim); his brother-in-law William Dinneen; his sibling's children, Robert Cook (Jodi Lynn), Richard Cook, Charles Cook (Jodi), Michael Cook, David Whitehead (Candace) of Jonathan, J. J., Geoffrey Egnitz, James Toth (Kathy), Lacey Stepien, Carol Baer (Charles) and Carol Noel (Richard); his sisters-in-law, Nancy Egnitz Andres and Patricia Toth; his cousins, Patricia Martin (JC), Judy, Dennis, Bill Reddinger and Carol Gerhard; and his close friend Wayne Brennan (Skippy).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Gene H. Corl Funeral Chapel Inc. (4335 Northern Pike, Monroeville, PA 15146). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cremation Services of Monroeville (4335 Northern Pike, Monroeville, PA 15146).
