He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold W. Rotz and Anna Mary Rotz (Mowen); and his siblings, Glenn H. Rotz, Gladys B. Rotz and Carol Ann Souders.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara K. Rotz (Ditch); his children, Craig A. Rotz (Ashlyn), Gladys R. Cook (Steven) and Jill M. Moats (Stephen); his grandchildren, Alexis R. Monn (Devin), Cheyenne N. Warren (Malakai), David M. Colon and Alexander S. Cook; and his brother Jay W. Rotz. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
