She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester M. Sr. Beaver and Althea M. Beaver (Karschner); her children, Darlene, Kathy Starr, Holly Ann Pentz and Donald Pentz, Jr.; and her siblings, Cleon, Chester, Jr., Rolley, Richard, Willis Beaver, Patsy Marsiglia, Althea DeWire and Genevieve Heimbach.

She is survived by: her husband Donald D. Pentz; her daughter Candace "Candy" Gordner (Don) of Montgomery; her grandsons, Donald Gordner Jr. of Montgomery and Brent Gordner (Kara) of Muncy; and her great grandchildren, Chloe and Dustin Gordner.
