He was predeceased by : his wife Mary Jo Barnstead Norum; his parents, Ralph Kenneth and Ellen Keane Norum; and his brothers, James Norum and Thomas Norum.

He is survived by : his children, Amanda Yoder (Allen) of Chalfont, Helen Norum (Andrew Plaisted) of Doylestown and Patrick Norum of New Britain; his grandsons, Nathan and Zachary Yoder; and his brother Daniel Norum.
