She is survived by: her mother Patricia Leed (Johnson) of Lancaster; her son Brock; her daughter-in-law Leanne Baker of Bloomsburg; her grandchildren, Brennan, Keeley, Nevaeh and Shyanne; and her siblings, Christopher Crouse of Morrisdale, Jeffrey Crouse of York, Gary Crouse of Trout Run, Darlene Crouse of Milton and Lisa Brouse of Milton.
