She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman L. Getgen and Ida Mae Getgen (Hafer); and her husband James H. King. She is survived by: her children, Brenda Alexander of New Columbia, Kimberly Alexander of Montgomery, Melvin "Oak" Alexander (Sondra) of Montgomery and Destiny Alexander of Montgomery; her grandchildren, Autumn Pulk (Brandon) and River Seese; and her great grandchildren, Adalynn Lilley, Benjamin Warren and Ainsley Pulk.
