She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Sciacca and Jennie Sciacca (Calabrese); her husband John E. Vanik; and her siblings, James, Thomas, Frank, Alfred, Albert, Joseph, Sam and Mary Shoalts.
She is survived by: her sons, James M. Vanik of Montoursville and William "Bill" Vanik of Montoursville. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Parish (800 Mulberry St, Montoursville, PA 17754). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
