He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Turnbow and Elizabeth Turnbow (Quigley); and his siblings, Karon Luce, Ronald Turnbow and Richard.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Morrow; his children, Kari Allen (Michael) of Atlantic Highlands, NJ, Wendy Halvorson (Derek) of Lookout Mountain, GA and David Turnbow (Nadine) of Muncy; and his grandchildren, Daniel Allen, Leah Allen, Banks Halvorson, Whitman Halvorson, Liam Turnbow, Sadie Turnbow and Henry Turnbow.
