He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Hook of Montoursville; his sons, John Hook (Jackie) of State College, Thomas Hook (Sherrie) of Montoursville and Michael Hook (Diane Ogden) of South Williamsport; his grandchildren, Jessica Hook, James Hook, Ashley Hook, Adam Hook and Nicole Martin; and his siblings, Edward Hook and Mary Ann Pier. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
