She was predeceased by : her parents, Leon Carlton and Mabel Amy Raynor (Sivers); her husband John Joseph "Jack" Blaisure; and her brothers, Carlton and Lawrence.
She is survived by : her children, Cheryl Wellman, David James Blaisure and Karen R. Blaisure; her grandchildren, Kara (Steve), Brandy (Joe), Shawn and Todd (Allison); and her sister Rosalie Raynor of Montrose, PA. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
