Parkhurst, Jr.; his wife Cynthia Parkhurst; his stepsons, Steven Collett and Daniel Collett (Michelle); his stepgrandchildren, Natasha Waters (Seamus), Stephanie Collett, Izabella Collett, Jessica Collett, Amber Collett and Justice Collett; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Jameson Waters, Kayden Collett and Oakley Collett; and his sister Debra Hooper (Pat). He was also cherished by aunt, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
