He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Oakley and Eleanor Rought Oakley; his son Steven Carl Oakley; and his sister Joyce Novotka. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughters, Kathleen E. Oakley and Lee Ann Bieber (Brian); his grandchildren, Courtney L. Bieber, Eric B. Bieber (Karly), Karleen G. Mazzone (Kory) and Morgan V. Oakley (Scotty); his great grandchildren, Addison and Elijah Bieber; and his siblings, Marion Davis, Kenneth Oakley (Pat) and Benjamin Oakley (Carol). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
