She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward J. Okoniewski and Michaeline Okoniewski (Zbrzezniak) of Johnson City; and her husband James A. Harvilchuck. She is survived by: her children, Valerie, Laurence (Katherine) and Alexander (Halina); her grandchildren, Charlotte of Brackney, Edward of Brackney, Matthew of Brackney, Rachel of Brackney and Victoria Harvilchuck of Brackney; her brother Rick Chiavarini (Elizabeth); and her cousins, Bernadette Brown of Owego and Richard Sileo of Lockport. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and the good friends.
