He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald R. Avery and Gladys Avery (Rockwell). He is survived by: his wife Diane Avery (Card); his daughters, Karen Coulter (Jeff) of Elmira, NY and Kim Scott (Allen) of Montrose, PA; his grandchildren, Collin, Wyatt and Cheyenne; his siblings, Kenneth Avery (Susan) of Vestal, NY and Laura Atchison (Tim) of Colesville, NY; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Card (Betty) of Spartenburg, SC, Arlene Pickett of Brackney, PA, Beverly Stankiewicz (Bob) of Kingsley, PA, John Adams (Debbie) of Hickory Grove, PA and Gary Card (Michele) of Binghamton, NY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
