He was predeceased by: his father Frank Peter Hoffmann. He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Hoffmann (Novak); and his siblings, Theresa Marz (Jeff Lahr), Carl (Etta Hoffmann), Paul (Marleah Hoffmann) and Brian (Tina Hoffmann). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and numerous cousins and many friends.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Daniel K. Regan Funeral Home (232 S Main St, Montrose, PA 18801).
