She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Jayne and Eva Maria Jayne (Cornell); her siblings, Rachael Sherwood, Juanita McMicken, Beverly Benscoter, Tommy and Harold Jayne; and her grandson Jackson Considine.
She is survived by: her husband Harry E. Williams; her daughters, Jaynie (Doug King), Susan (Jim Considine) and Leslie (Jeff Hoal); her grandchildren, Brian King (Lara), Stephen King (Bri), Sean King (Amanda), Michael Considine (Heather), Matt Considine (Colleen), Emily Adams (Ryan Lane), Cory Adams (Jenn), Caleb Hoal (Victoria) and Ben Hoal; her great grandchildren, Ryder, Austin, Evelyn King, Grace Jurchak, Aidan O'Shaughnessy, William, Sam Considine, Noah, Ari Brown, Zoe, Parker Adams and S. J. Hoal; and her brother-in-law Lloyd Benscoter of Laceyville, PA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (367 Church St, Montrose, PA 18801).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made in Norma's honor to the First Presbyterian Church of Montrose, PA — a place that held deep meaning in her life.
